I participate in two mastermind groups. One is virtual and one is physical, in the town where I live. The virtual mastermind meets bi-monthly using a virtual meeting tool. We also get together physical a few times a year. The physical mastermind meets monthly, rotating at each other’s homes.
Based on my experiences, I thought I’d share some tips to help you start or be a part of a productive mastermind group.
The purpose of your mastermind group can be anything you want it to be. You can mastermind ways to lose weight. You can mastermind ways to strengthen your business. Either way, you want to make sure that you and your mastermind partners are similarly situated.
For example, parity is important when it comes to selecting good mastermind partners. For example, if you want to lose 100 pounds, masterminding with people who want to lose 10 pounds or less will not be productive for or them. They will be able to help you quite a bit, but you will not be able to help them much.
White seeking out parity is one of my main tips, I have several others to share. Watch this video to get all of them.
